The below features are being delivered to Production as part of our wider switch to move our customer subscriptions management into the Healthcode account. A few of these have already been sitting in Production for a while but I hadn’t got around to including in release notes so retrospectively adding here. We intend to introduce most of these when ICE goes live except for the new billing details screens, which we’ll introduce as soon as possible once we’ve completed internal overviews and training. We’ll then work towards opening all this new functionality for all customers in future. Training will be provided as needed when we near customer release.   Account Billing Details is going through Messaging/Tone of Voice updates with Marketing so will be an update to this prior to customer release.

Manage Account Billing Details v1.0 – Allows a user to add or change their bank account/direct debit details. This is currently toggled off for users.

Admin – View Plans v1.0 – Allows a user to view our subscription plans. This will only be used by Healthcode staff.  This is currently toggled off for users. Admin – Manage Plans v1.0 – Allows a user to manage Healthcode specific subscription plan information such as name, price . This will be used alongside the Chargebee plans pages. This will only be used by Healthcode staff.  This is currently toggled off for users. Admin – View Products v1.0 – Allows a user to view a list of Healthcode products. This will only be used by Healthcode staff.  This is currently toggled off for users. Admin – Add & Edit Products v1.0 – Allows a user to add and edit Healthcode products. This will only be used by Healthcode staff.  This is currently toggled off for users. Assign Plans to Products v1.0 – Allows a user to assign subscription plans to a product and control whether that subscription plan is visible to customers. This will only be used by Healthcode staff. This is currently toggled off for users.
